This month we have had the Christmas rush, but unlike any other year we’ve had! For the first time in our Barossa Cheese history, we have processed over 10,000L of milk in a week! It has been all hands on deck (well almost – as co-production Manager Benson, welcomed the birth of his first child)!!

As we get busier we find new ways to utilize our new – and existing – space to maximize efficiency. All the cheese made this month is looking good – there’s even some from June that is shaping up nicely for Christmas time! 😉
