Brrrrrr. Those cold nights are heading our way and the poor girls out in the paddock and starting to preserve their energy. This means the goats milk is starting to decline for us and we will soon have our last delivery to the factory before next Spring. This is the time to visit our Cheesecellar for your last taste of the Prince and Princesse before they disappear for the winter.

The cheese are all looking beautiful this season especially the washed rinds. Our cheesemaking team is doing an outstanding job of balancing the moisture levels and the ripening of these delicate morsels. Well done team!
