Ideally we like one to two weeks to work through your order and create the perfect cheese stack for you, but if you've left it to the last minute, let us know and we'll make it work!

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver our cheese wheel cakes to most places in Australia, and don't require a huge lead time to have one ready for you.

A baby delight

A cute little tower, perfect for a small celebration, baby shower or hens day! 

Starting with a wheel of Edam as the base, this little tower is not lacking fla­vour! This cheese has a beautiful silky texture with nutty sweet flavours. Made by the wonderful Alexandrina Cheese Company in South Australia. 

Then topped with 3 Barossa Camemberts in the different sizes to create a bold statement. You can choose from either cow or goat camembert or a mix of the two. 
This petite little tower would serve 20 people at 70g each.

Barossa Luxe

Barossa Luxe

A tower made completely in the Barossa. 

This grand cake starts with a wheel (or half wheel option) of our Barossa Nietschke Farm Cheese. A semi-matured cheese made in an alpine style. This cheese has personality, a mild aroma and balanced flavours with a slight caramel tone. 

Followed by our famous La Dame. A semi-mature goats milk cheese. A complex cheese with a bready, yeasty nose, flaky texture and a savoury, nutty finish. Again, a whole or half wheel choice on this layer. 

Next up the naughty Triple Cream Brie. An extremely luscious style of white mould cheese, that pairs well with the semi-matured styles in this package. 
Topped with little 200g Camemberts to finish the cake off completely. 

Full rounds option will serve 100 people generously at 120g each. 
Half round option will serve 100 people 75g each.

Barossa Quince Splendour

Our Barossa Brie, artisan made in Angaston, Barossa Valley. With pungent aromas of mushroom and forest characters, our Brie develops as the cheese ripens and the texture becomes rich, creamy and oozy. Vegetarian Friendly. Our Barossa Camembert brings this cheese tower to the end with slight earthy, mushroom aromas with a mild creamy palate that will become full, creamy and luscious when served at room temperature. Vegetarian Friendly. 

Using Maggie Beer Quince paste from her extensive range of pastes. Maggie's serving suggestion for her quince paste is: 'Perfect with a traditional brie, a mature cheddar or parmesan cheese.' 

This cake will serve 100 people at 40g each.

Bridal Extravagance

A cheese lovers cake!

Based with an English made cheese, Cornish Yarg. A nettle wrapped semi-hard cheese, creamy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core. Made using cows milk the cheese is hand painted with nettle leaves and left to mature for 5 weeks. Vegetarian friendly.

The Adel Blue vein cheese is a cow's milk blue with a firm texture with rich cream flavours. It is an mild, approachable blue made by the La Vera cheese company in Newton, Adelaide. Vegetarian Friendly.

Our Barossa Camembert brings this cheese tower to the end with slight earthy, mushroom aromas with a mild creamy palate that will become full, creamy and 
luscious when served at room temperature. Vegetarian Friendly.

This cake will serve 100 people at 50g each.

Forever Blissful

Forever Blissful

A milder cheese tower to suit all cheese lovers, young and old.

The base is an aged vintage cheddar and made by Alexandrina Cheese Company in South Australia. They run their own dairy and cheese production from Jersey Cow Milk, giving the cheese a beautiful creamy flavour with subtle sharpness.

The Adel Blue vein cheese is a cow's milk blue with a firm texture with rich cream flavours. It is a mild, approachable blue made by the La Ver cheese company in Newton, Adelaide. Vegetarian Friendly.

Topped with out Barossa Camembert, artisan made in Angaston, Barossa Valley. As this white mould cheese ripens, it develops slightly earthy, mushroom aromas with a mild creamy palate that will become full, creamy and luscious when served at room temperature. Vegetarian Friendly.
