Vintage: NV Blend: 60% Pinot Noir / 40% Chardonnay Maturation: An average age of 3 years on lees, with small parcels being aged for 5 years adding further complexity.
Tasting Notes: Pale straw with touches of green hues, nice fine bead of persistent bubbles. A very delicate aroma of baked apples and hazelnuts complimented with yeasty fresh bread tones. A strong apple crumble flavour leads through a citrus blossom finish. A creamy mid palate balances out a delicate slate like acid line which gives great persistence.
