Christmas at Barossa Cheese

Christmas, it means so many different things, but one common ground that we all have is a celebration with food.

Victoria is always in charge of the cheese platter, which she loves ‘cause cheese is THE best! And she gets to put any thing on it that takes her fancy.

Her mum, Frances, always has a side of smoked salmon from Mount Pleasant Butchers, this pairs perfectly with our Vache curd.

As a team, our traditions are all very different; hot meat vs. cold meat. What goes in a salad and what doesn’t…! Our favourite dessert dishes and even a few recipes being swapped.
