We pack each giftpack with love, care, ice and insulation to keep the product cool as it makes its way to you.
If your ice has melted, we assure you the cheese is still ok to eat! Store all perishable items in the vegetable compartment of your fridge until you wish to dig in!
Delivery Method
Barossa Valley Cheese Company uses the Express Post service of Australia Post for all deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia and will not deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers due to the increased likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures. We have also chosen to only dispatch Monday – Wednesday to avoid time in transit and exposure to high temperatures. For this same reason we reserve the right to hold your order in our temperature controlled facility if we have concerns about the weather causing damage to your order.

Please make sure you arrange a delivery location where someone will be available to receive your order. If you are sending your order as a gift, please ensure you advise the recipient to look out for their cheesy parcel arrive in the next 48 hours. We are unable to reship or refund based on the parcel being unable to be left at the address by the postal service.
During Christmas and Easter, our busiest times of year, the standard dispatch times listed above may be altered. Christmas in particular can coincide with warmer weather. Please consider ordering early to ensure that you receive your order before your desired date.
With the current COVID climate that we are living in Australia Post are inundated with parcels. This has dramatically slowed down the parcel processing and as a result we will only be dispatching parcels each Monday until further notice.
